BluffCatcher is a mobile poker training application for educational and entertainment purposes. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the iOS app, this website, and the supporting services that power app features. BluffCatcher does not offer real-money wagering.

2. Information we process

Depending on the features you use, we may process:

• Account information, such as your email address, authentication identifier, and account status.
• Training content you choose to save, including hands, sessions, review notes, study prompts, and preferences.
• Subscription and entitlement status from Apple and RevenueCat; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
• Basic device, app version, diagnostic, security, and usage information needed to operate and improve the app.
• Messages or materials you submit to AI-assisted features so we can generate the requested response.

3. How we use information

• Provide authentication, training, review, synchronization, AI assistance, and account support.
• Maintain subscription access and enforce product limits.
• Protect the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
• Respond to support, privacy, and account-deletion requests.

We do not sell personal information or use your poker-study content for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers

We use service providers only where needed to operate BluffCatcher. These may include Apple for distribution and purchases, RevenueCat for subscription status, Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for the website and App API hosting, Expo for mobile infrastructure, and AI providers for requested AI features. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain account and study data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You can request account deletion from the app settings. You may also contact us. Deletion may require a short processing period and may exclude records we must retain by law.

6. Security

We use measures such as encrypted transport, access controls, authenticated requests, and restricted service credentials. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Children

BluffCatcher is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.

9. Website cookies

The public website is an informational and App-download page. It does not provide browser accounts, training, or payment features. We may use strictly necessary hosting and security technology, but we do not use the website for cross-site advertising tracking.
