Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using BluffCatcher, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

BluffCatcher is a mobile poker study application that may provide tournament practice, hand recording, review, leak analysis, notes, and AI-assisted study features. It is for education and entertainment only and does not provide real-money gambling, wagering, financial advice, or guaranteed poker results.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, scrape protected data, reverse engineer restricted portions, or use BluffCatcher for unlawful activity. You may request account deletion from the app settings.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Optional paid features may be offered through Apple in-app purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple subscription settings before the renewal date. Pricing, trial availability, billing period, and refund handling are shown by Apple at purchase and are subject to Apple's applicable terms. Deleting the app or your BluffCatcher account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

5. Your content

You retain your rights in hands, notes, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronize, and display that content back to you and to operate requested features. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the content.

6. AI-assisted features

AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect and should be treated as study assistance, not authoritative solver output. You remain responsible for how you use any response. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the service. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that data synchronization will be uninterrupted.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

BluffCatcher is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee improved poker performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to support@bluffcatcher.com.
